3. By wearing Rudraksha, a person gets freedom from sins and at the same time he also becomes lucky. There is a belief about Rudraksh that wearing it removes many types of physical problems.

Side Effects of wearing Rudraksha

1. It is important to wash the Rudraksha beads around your neck with regular routine, otherwise it may cause infection in your skin. Avoid wearing someone else’s Rudraksha and your own Rudraksha. Otherwise it may have to face the consequences.

2. Do not wear a rosary of less than 27 beads and the number of beads in it should be odd. Otherwise you will not get the benefit of Rudraksha beads. A person wearing Rudraksha should never consume non-vegetarian food. Doing so may result in side effects.

3. Women should not wear Rudraksha during menstruation. Always wear Rudraksha in a red or yellow thread. Wearing Rudraksha in black thread is inauspicious.
