Grace of God in Christianity and Hinduism

God’s grace means the thinking that without the grace of God, the soul cannot escape from the bondage of world and sin and it cannot get salvation. All theistic religions believe that God’s grace does not come without devotion to God and without obeying God’s commandments or doing good deeds.

Grace of God in Christianity and Hinduism

God’s grace is given utmost importance in Christianity as in Bhaktiism in Hinduism. It has mainly two opinions. According to one view, all souls can be liberated by God’s grace. However, every human being has to follow the Sanmarga which leads to grace. According to John Calvin, God only voluntarily chooses a select few human beings as worthy of salvation. The signs of grace are manifested in such human beings in this world.
